What’s the best thing you can do with the signatures you collected for “Prevent Cruelty California”? Burn Them! Shred Them! Dump Them in the Recycle Bin!
You have been recruited into a cruel hoax by a fake “animal rights movement”, many of whose leaders have recently been chased from their jobs for issues related to human abuse, while their campaigns abusive to animals have flourished for decades – the latest of which is “Prevent Cruelty California”, which not only prevents no cruelty – it glorifies it as a “victory” for animals.
There is no greater perversion than an “animal advocate” endorsing “cage-free eggs”, revitalizing the “veal” industry, or selling any kind of “humane” flesh from murdered pigs.
This is so disgusting that people who claim to be on the side of animals would collect signatures for the torture, mutilation, harsh imprisonment, and murder of every single innocent being, would hail one square foot of space in hell as a “victory”, and would work to enact as law the exact standards set forth by United Egg Producers. It is a sorry state of affairs for animals.
The irresponsible groups who endorse this obscene scam should know better. How can they not know that they are engaging in massive public deception, putting a happy face on unimaginable suffering and mass murder? No torture is prevented, no confinement (in a cloud of burning choking ammonia) is prevented, no grinding of a single newborn male chick is prevented, no debeaking of one hen is prevented, no killing is prevented for anyone, no one escapes, no one gets out alive.
I don’t know why the following groups are duping the public. Are they themselves duped? It is their responsibility to not be ignorant on animal issues. If they are not ignorant, what’s their excuse? Beware of the Humane Society of the United States, Mercy For Animals, the Humane League, Compassion Over Killing, In Defense of Animals, ASPCA, Compassion in World Farming, Animal Equality, Animal Legal Defense Fund, Animal Rescue & Protection League, Animal Welfare Institute, SF SPCA, San Diego Humane Society, Marin Humane Society, and all others listed as supporters. Do not follow them in this hellish endeavor.
The truth is, the only way to PREVENT CRUELTY is VEGAN. Scams like these merely put a mask on cruelty with a warped and incomprehensible seal of approval.
