Debut program on KCAA AM 1050 in Southern California’s Inland Empire, America’s 13th largest and California’s 3rd largest metropolis, and broadcasting live from Viva La Vegan Grocery, BOB’s guest is KCAA owner / CEO FRED LUNDGREN whom BOB met a few months ago when being interviewed on another program on the station. FRED, a former cattle rancher, reconnected with his childhood love for animals, and also learned of the health benefits of veganism. FRED, who was morbidly obese at 327 pounds and suffering from a failing heart in crisis, went vegan, now weighs 270 pounds, and lowered his cholesterol from the upper 200’s to the 160’s, and now sees “meat” as some one, not some thing.
